
LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Plans are made for the annual Labor Day celebration in La Crosse on Monday.
The festivities start with the parade starting at 10 a.m. It starts at the intersection of Kane and Gillette Streets and goes down Caledonia Street. Local unions, floats, and bands will all participate.
When the parade has concluded, the tradition continues with food and family-friendly events at the north end of Copeland Park for union members and working families.
The La Crosse celebration is but one of more than a dozen Labor Day events planned around Wisconsin according to the state AFL-CIO office.
