
STOUGHTON (WKOW) -- Officials say a teacher and four students at Stoughton High School were taken to the hospital after an incident in the classroom Monday morning.
Dane County Communications says the incident happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. Monday.
Officials say four students were taken to Stoughton Hospital for their injuries. The 45-year-old teacher was transported to UW Hospital for her injuries.
Officials have not released the specific conditions for the five victims.

Officials say a 45-year-old teacher was heating powdered sugar when she suffered burns. Two students were transported to Stoughton Hospital with respiratory issues. The teacher was still waiting to be transferred to the hospital around 10:00 a.m.
