Attracting shoppers 'Back In The Day'

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Merchants in downtown La Crosse are hoping a bit of nostalgia can lure more shoppers to the area.

The project, called 'Back In The Day', is meant to give people a bit of a history lesson about the city.
