SYDNEY, Australia (WXOW) - Protests by Muslim activists continue around the world September 15 following an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Libya September 12 -- this one in Sydney, Australia.
The activists demonstrated at the U.S. Consulate there.
Police sprayed the crowd, with what we're told is pepper spray and protesters appeared to throw things at police.
At least one officer was hurt, and fellow officers dragged him away.
Some of the protesters chanted and held signs saying, "Obama, Obama, we love Osama."
