La Crosse, WISCONSIN (WXOW) The Central girls cross country team showed off it's talents Thursday.
The Red Raiders placed 7 runners in the top 15 at the Dick Mitchell Invitational at Forrest Hills Golf Course in La Crosse Thursday to win the team title.
Central had 38 points.
Viroqua was second with 50.
Violet Weibel led Central with a 2nd place finish and a time of 15:23.
Jaden Roddick of Sparta won individual honors with a time of 15:19.
On the boys side, Eastview, MN defended it's title from last season by taking home the team title again.
Eastview's Nick Oelke and Zach Tollefson first 1-2 respectively.
Central was second as a team.
They were led by Forrest Stehula who took 5th.
