APPLETON (WXOW) -- First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Wisconsin on Friday to speak to grassroots supporters.

This will be her second visit to the state in the last month. Mrs. Obama plans to speak at Lawrence University. She is expected to encourage unity before the November 6th general election. Mrs. Obama also wants to promote voter registration.

The First Lady's event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required because of limited space.
