WAUSAU (WAOW) - UPDATE - A Marathon County judge ruled there is enough evidence for a La Crosse man to go to trial on charges related to a crash that killed a woman.

Tyler Deal was bound over for arraignment and trial.  Deal faces three felony counts including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle. This stems from a crash February 26, 2012, in the Town of Spencer. Police say Deal was drunk when his car ran off the road and hit a power pole, killing his female passenger.
