LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - About 2,000 high school juniors got a taste of what their careers could be like Thursday at a career expo at the La Crosse Center.
Students from 25 schools in the Coulee Region spoke to dozens of professionals to learn about the skills they need to be successful in different business fields.
Among the speakers was News 19's Lindsey Hayes.
She spoke about the work of a broadcast journalist.
Students also had the ability to visit with college representatives.
