
WINONA, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Negotiations have resumed in the union strike against Badger Foundry in Winona.
The workers hit the pavement nearly a month ago, picketing outside the plant.
The Winona Daily News reports that talks resumed Wednesday morning in the Twin Cities between the union and the company.
Union president, Loran Paetzel, says he's optimistic about settling the walkout.
