
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police say a Hokah man was arrested Tuesday after using heroin and passing out.
The 32-year old man was at the Olmsted Medical Center southeast clinic on 9th Street, just across from Kmart.
Police say the man overdosed on heroin in the OMC bathroom.
Officials at the medical clinic called police and officers arrested the man. Police also said he had a small amount of marijuana on him.
The man is facing charges of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
