Members of Sikh temple help spa victims' families

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (AP) - Members of the suburban Milwaukee Sikh temple where a gunman killed six people in August are volunteering with the Salvation Army at the site of a fatal spa shooting.

Gurmukh Singh told WITI-TV on Sunday that members of the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek were providing comfort to family members of shooting victims at the Azana Day Spa in Brookfield.

Singh told the TV reporter that the police tape and numerous police vehicles at the scene "sent chills down my spine."

In August, Wade Michael Page fatally shot six people at the temple and wounded four others before killing himself.

Singh also said, "It's really hard to describe what they're going through, having been in this situation before."
