
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- The arrest of a man by Rochester police takes a turn for the worse.
Officers attempted to arrest a man who had a warrant for his arrest.
It happened near 13th Avenue Northeast and East Center Street at about 6 p.m. Friday.
According to Rochester police, a struggle ensued and that's when officers noticed the man was having a medical issue and stopped breathing.
The man was taken to Saint Marys Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating.
