ATF tracing gun used in shooting at spa

An ATF agent says the agency is tracing one weapon used in the mass shooting at the day spa in Brookfield.

Agent Tom Ahern of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives tells the Associated Press the gun is a .40-caliber semiautomatic handgun. He says additional information will come from Brookfield police after a trace is completed on the gun.

The suspect, Radcliffe Haughton, 45, was ordered to turn over all of his guns after a judge issued a restraining order against him for his estranged wife.

Haughton's wife worked at the Azana Day Spa, but police haven't said if she is one of the shooting victims.
