V-Hawk volleyball must share MCC title

La Crosse, WISCONSIN (WXOW)  The Viterbo volleyball team will have to share the MCC title with Grand View this season.

Grand View beat Viterbo in three straight, 25-22, 25-22 and 25-23 in three ultra-close games at Beggs Gymnasium Wednesday.

Alicia Olson had 12 kills and Katie Flock added 10 to lead Viterbo.

Olson set the school's single-season record for kills during the game.

Devon Jensen had 23 kills to lead Grand View.

The loss means both teams end the regular season at 5-1 in conference play.

Viterbo will have the number 2 seed in the conference tournament and play at home Saturday at 7pm.
