18 people arrested in drug investigation

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Local and federal authorities arrested 18 people Thursday morning in an investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs in the Rochester area.

The arrests stem from several months of work by Rochester police, the Southeast Minnesota Narcotics and Gang Task Force and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency. As part of "Operation Heatwave," law enforcement worked to find people believed to be involved in the sale and distribution of marijuana, crack cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine in Rochester.

Law enforcement carried out arrest warrants at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday. Seventeen people were arrested in the Rochester area and one person was arrested in Eau Claire, Wis. Authorities are seeking two more people.

Warrants led to the following arrests:

  1. Chandler Neal Mullins, 40 (5th degree Sales)
  2. Adolph Donte Valentine, 30 (1st degree sales)
  3. Wendy Joyce Moore, 21  (1st degree Sales)
  4. Angela Marie Burt, 32 (1st degree Sales)
  5. Rayshawn Earl Motley, 42 (1st degree Sales)
  6. Varajalon Natajvi Koisef Hodges, 28 (1st degree Sales)
  7. Richard Allen Dalton, 34 (1st degree Sales) - arrested in Eau Claire Wis. 
  8. Samantha Jo Bocik, 20 (1st degree Sales)
  9. Richard NMN Mayweathers, 29 (4th degree Sales)
  10. Curtis Lamon Caradine, 34 (1st degree Sales)
  11.  Adrijana Andrijasevich, 27 (2nd degree Sales)
  12. Hamada Abubakar Wallin, 29 (1st degree Sales)
  13. Ann Marie Jessen-Ford, 49 (2nd degree Sales)
  14. Rodney Darrell Salter, 25 (2nd degree Sales)
  15. Jimmy Joe Barker Jr, 25 (Federal Indictment- 1st degree Sales)
  16. Dwight Frederick Barnes, 42 (Federal Indictment- 1st degree Sales)
  17. Quentin Michael Graham, 27 (Federal Indictment- 1st degree Sales)
  18. Michael Anthony Ray Brown, AKA "Murder," 28 (Federal Indictment - 1st degree Sales)       

The 18 people arrested were taken to the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center and are due in court on Friday.
