BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Investigators have arrested a second suspect in connection with the Rustic Mill Restaurant Fire in Black River Falls.
The restaurant burned down last year in July, a few days after the restaurant closed.
Officials have arrested 21-year-old Tyler Keck of Riverside, California.
Jackson County Officials say Keck's father owned the Rustic Mill.
He was arrested in California Thursday night for charges of Arson of a Building, as a party of a crime.
He is awaiting extradition back to Wisconsin.
In October, officials arrested Kyle Rott on arson charges after Keck told police his father offered to pay Rott $10,000 dollars to set the building on fire.
Police say Rott admitted to using gasoline to burn down the building.
Jackson County District Attorney Gerald Fox told News 19 there will be others charged in the case soon.
