Faye Ellis completed both her undergraduate and graduate education in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Faye is now a dedicated member of the very same Biology Department she took courses in while pursuing her studies at UW-La Crosse. In her position, Faye teaches a variety of biological science courses and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for biology with her students. Faye also serves as the General Biology Laboratory Coordinator within the Biology Department. As such Faye trains and oversees the graduate students who teach the General Biology laboratories. Faye works continuously with the graduate students to ensure they provide exemplary education to their students and simultaneously develop as effective professionals in their discipline. In addition to her career Faye enjoys spending time with her husband, Troy, their two children, Jarret and Noah, and their yellow lab,Max. Faye is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys road biking, mountain biking, running, and hiking in the bluffs surrounding the La Crosse area.
