Caledonia, MINNESOTA (WXOW) Football players and coaches are said to be creatures of routine.
With that, it's no surprise that Caledonia is headed back to the state semifinals and a trip to the Metrodome.
The Warriors will take on B.O.L.D. High School in a Class AA semifinal Thursday.
This is the third straight season Caledonia will get a taste of indoor football in November.
They've certainly adapted well, having won state titles in the last two seasons.
"It's kind of special. It's kind of like our second home. Last year's seniors really did a lot to get this done. So it's really nice for us to go back for our grade," said senior lineman Jeremy DeWall.
"I don't think we go in with big eyes when we go into the place. It's kind of like home for us thank goodness. I think our kids are really confident going in there and excited to just let it all hang out," said head coach Brent Schroeder.
Thursday's kickoff is set for 11:30am.
Caledonia finished the regular season ranked number one in the state in Class AA.
