Changes for Charter Cable Subscribers Watching WXOW-HD

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - If you're a Charter Cable subscriber, some of you may have had difficulty finding WXOW-HD on your television. 

If that is the case, we can explain.

In the last day or so, Charter has changed channel assignments for WXOW-HD. 

This has affected subscribers of Charter.  The issue depends on how you have your cable signal plugged into your television.  It also depends on the type of digital television you own as the changes may or may not cause an issue.  Not every brand of television is affected. 

Instead of finding WXOW-HD on Channel 79.1 or 79-1, you can now find our programming at Channel 19.1 or 19-1.
