Tribute to Outstanding Women

La Crosse, WI (WXOW) - The La Crosse YWCA honored eight women in its 30th annual Tribute to Outstanding Women event at the La Crosse Center on Thursday.  The Tribute is an annual event of YWCA La Crosse that recognizes the achievements and contributions of women in the greater Coulee Region.
