ARGYLE, Wisconsin (WKOW) -- Court records show both Armin Wand and his brother, Jeremy, are charged with 1st degree intentional homicide of an unborn child. The online records appear to show this charge was added on Wednesday.
Both men were previously charged with arson and three counts of 1st degree intentional homicide in the deaths of Armin Wand's three young sons: Allen, Joseph and Jeffrey.
The boys died in a fire authorities say their father, Armin, and uncle, Jeremy, set in the Wand home on September 7.
The Wands are also charged with the attempted 1st degree intentional homicide of Armin's wife, Sharon, and his daughter, Jessica. Both survived the fire, with Sharon Wand remaining in UW Hospital in critical condition, though doctors say her condition has improved.
Sharon Wand was pregnant and lost the child, leading to the latest charges against the suspects.
