COON VALLEY, Wisconsin (WXOW) Norskedalen, the nature and heritage center in Coon Valley, is celebrating an Old Fashioned Christmas December 1 and 2.
It's a walk back in time where you can watch how some people prepared for Christmas more than 100 years ago. The 400 acre center is nestled between bluffs in an area called Poplar Coulee.
The center is open throughout the year, but for specific times you can visit their website at www.norskedalen.org.
Photographers John Schmidt, Mark Bronson and reporter Dave Solie recently took a walk through the grounds.
