The first happened late Friday afternoon in the Town of La Grange.  A vehicle driven by Jeremiah Poole of North Augusta, South Carolina was traveling east on Highway 21 when he slowed for a vehicle turning in front of him.  A pickup truck driven by Jeremy Robbins of Southport, North Carolina was behind Poole's vehicle when he dropped his lighter.  After bending over to pick it up, he wasn't able to stop and hit Poole's car. While Robbins wasn't hurt, Poole and two people in his car, Natasha Kennedy of Leesburg, Georgia, and Amber Whited of New Lisbon, were all taken to Tomah Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Robbins was ticketed for inattentive driving.  Poole and Whited received tickets for not wearing seat belts.
