Sparta, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A two vehicle accident sent a Sparta woman to the hospital.
It happened at about 4 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon, on the east side of Sparta.
Sparta Police say 27-year-old Dakota Harrison was crossing Highway 16, when her vehicle was struck by 25-year-old Justin Paulson of Tomah.
Paulson was not injured.
Harrison had to be extricated from her car and was flown to Gundersen Lutheran.
The extent of her injuries hasn't been released.
Sparta Police say no citations have been issued at this time and the accident is under investigation.
