
LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW)-- A trial date is set for next year for Jeffrey Lepsch, the man charged in connection with the shooting deaths of Paul and A.J. Petras.
Jury selection will begin May 3 and the trial will start May 6. It's expected to last about a week. Paul and A.J. were found dead in May's Photo, a shop Paul owned, back on September 15.
Lepsch is charged with two counts of first degree intentional homicide, armed robbery with the use of force and possession of a firearm by a felon.
He was arrested on October 10 near his home in Dakota, MN, and is currently in jail on a $2 million cash bond.
