Donald Driver was listed as "inactive" for the first game of the postseason.
That has some Packers fans pulling out all the stops to get him back on the field.
In Saturday's game against the Vikings, Donald Driver was watching from the sidelines. Head Coach Mike McCarthy says benching the wide receiver has been a hard decision to make especially because Driver is healthy.
Two Facebook pages have been set up by fans, in an effort to get Driver wearing number eighty again.
The pages were created Sunday night and already have tens of thousands of supporters.
It's all for none other than Green Bay Packers Wide Receiver Donald Driver. He leads the franchise with most career receiving yards.
He's a four-time Pro-Bowler, was named the Packers' MVP in 2002 and also won the Super Bowl.
Fans say Driver is a one of a kind player with a one of a kind smile. They say not seeing him in uniform during the postseason is heart wrenching, while others say it's the right move to make.
"I think he's very enthusiastic, I enjoyed watching in on Dancing with the Stars, I think everyone is pulling to see him back out there again," said Wausau resident, Sharon Garski.
"I'm just hoping that where he's at now, that he will say it's been a great career, pack up his shoes and say it's time to move on," said Madison resident, Dennis Cooper.
Driver didn't want to comment on being inactive, but said his fans are important to him.
