LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A Westby man is sentenced to probation for robbing a man in a wheelchair.
Twenty-two year old Robert Vian was charged with burglary of a dwelling or building.
Vian along with two others ransacked the home of a elderly man in Rockland in March, 2012.
They took the man's wallet and cordless phone to keep him from calling police.
Friday in court, Vian was sentenced to six years probation.
Mirika Stuhr and Taylor Kilbey were also charged in this case. Stuhr was sentenced last June to six months on electronic monitoring. Kilbey was sentenced in September to community service.
