MADISON, Wisconsin (WXOW) - The University of Wisconsin Board of Regents has approved contracts for new football coach Gary Andersen and his offensive and defensive coordinators.
Anderson will be paid $10 million over five years. He'll make $1.8 million this year and then is set for raises each year afterward.
Offensive Coordinator Andy Ludwig and Defensive Coordinator Dave Aranda both received two-year deals worth $480,000/year.
Wisconsin's Associate Athletic Director says now that the contracts have been approved, they can be signed by the coaches.
Andersen replaces Bret Bielema, who left last month to become the head coach at Arkansas.
