Unemployment is up in nearly every city and county in Wisconsin.
According to the Department of Workforce Development, 25 of the state's 32 largest cities saw an increase between November and December.
Only Menominee and Kenosha counties saw rates drop in December.
Dane County had the lowest rate at 4.4%.
Menominee had the highest at 12.7%.
Statewide, unemployment was 6.6%.
In La Crosse, 4.9% in December...up from 4.6% in November.
