Vehicle falls through ice: Lake Onalaska


ONALASKA, Wisconsin (WXOW) -- Three people are safe after their black SUV fell through Lake Onalaska.

The names of the people involved have not been released yet, but the DNR has confirmed that they are okay.

The chief of the Onalaska Fire Department says they're not sure if the people involved were actually in the vehicle when it fell in.

The vehicle will remain in the lake overnight, as the DNR prepares to remove it.


ONALASKA, Wisconsin (WXOW) -- A vehicle containing an unknown number of passengers has fallen through the ice along Highway 35 in Onalaska.
