MADISON (WXOW) -- A Milton man broke his own world record Sunday when he hit 108.5 mph on his motorcycle -- all while doing a wheelie on the ice at Lake Koshkonong.
Ryan Suchanek broke the record for fastest wheelie on ice.
He also held the previous record, 95 mph, which he set several years ago.
Suchanek, who uses special studs on his tires to perform the stunt, said preparation is the key to doing so safely.
"You've got to make a tire that takes a while, you've got to get used to riding on the ice which isn't easy," Suchanek said. "The thing is you never know what the weather's going to be like."
Suchanek also said he hopes to try and break his own record again next year.
