La Crosse, Wisconsin  (WXOW) ----- A La Crosse man will be well prepared for the next snow storm of the winter.

News 19 is pleased to announce that Harold Binning is the winner of our WXOW Weather App Contest.

Harold won an Ariens Deluxe 28 Sno-Thro worth $1,200.  He got the chance to see the prize up close during a presentation with WXOW Chief Meteorologist Dan Breeden at Ace of La Crosse in the Shelby Mall Monday afternoon.

Binning was the winner of the nearly 700 people who entered after downloading our new WXOW Weather App.
