Athletic Awards and Accomplishments (include winter and spring sports of 11 – 12 school year, and fall sports of 12 – 13 school year):

Junior Year:

Volleyball starting middle hitter, letter winner, Team Captain, 3 Rivers Conference champions, Sub-section champions, Section 1AA runners-up, 3 Rivers Conference All-Conference selection, Winona Daily News All-Area first team, La Crosse Tribune All-Area first team, Distinguished Academic Achievement Award (3.6-4.0 GPA)

Basketball Team Captain, 3 Rivers Conference selection, Athletic – Academic All Conference, Distinguished Academic Achievement Award (3.6-4.0 GPA).  Awarded Most Valuable Player of the Year, Work Ethic Award, Best Attitude Award and Defensive Player of the Year Award (voted on by her teammates)

Track Conference champ in the 100m dash, 2nd place in 200m dash in the conference.  Sub-section champion in the 100m dash, 2nd place in 200m dash.  Distinguished Academic Achievement Award (3.6-4.0 GPA).

Weightlifting: National champion – 04, 05, 07, 08, 09, 11. In 2010, 3rd place in Junior Nationals.

Senior Year:

Volleyball:  Starting middle hitter, 3 Rivers Conference All Conference selection.  Distinguished Academic Achievement Award.  Led her team to a second place finish at the Class AA State Tournament, where she was selected: All State, Class AA All Tournament team,  Academic All State.   AVCA Under Armor All-American Honorable Mention, Winona Daily News player of the year, LaCrosse Tribune player of the year.  Set a school record for kills in a season with 443.  School's all time kill leader with 1088 career kills.  Recorded 783 digs, 178 blocks, 84 ace serves in her career.  Awards chosen by her teammates:  Most Dedicated, Hardest Worker and Most Valuable.

Sports Idol:  Peyton Manning

Favorite Sports Memory:  Making it to state and playing in the state championship in volleyball my senior year

Future Plans:  Attend Iowa State University and play on the volleyball team.  I plan to study Physical Therapy

Favorite Quote:  Be so happy that when others see you, they become happy too.

Non Athletic Activities Accomplishments and Awards:  National Honor Society selection.  Letterperson's Club member
