
La Crosse, WISCONSIN (WXOW) The UW-La Crosse men's basketball team won it's second game in a row against a team above them in the standings.
Wednesday night it was UW-Stout who went down, 62-48 was the final from Mitchell Hall.
Jeff Heiden had 15 points to lead the way for La Crosse.
Lucas Morrissey had 12 points and 9 rebounds.
The Eagles led 46-41 late in the second half before going on a 16-5 run to close it out.
Stout game into the game in second place in the WIAC.
After beating first place Uw-Stevens Point last Saturday the Eagles improved to 9-5 in the WIAC with Wednesday night's win.
