Holmen man found guilty for selling heroin

Sparta, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A guilty verdict for a Holmen man charged with selling heroin in the Monroe County area.

30-year-old Christopher Heintz is convicted of delivering more than 50-grams of heroin.

"Heintz was exposed for the drug dealer that he is and is being held accountable for the harm he has caused this community," said Monroe County District Attorney Dan Cary.  "Successful prosecution of this case resulted because of the hard work and education of our law enforcement agencies, and their cooperative and comprehensive investigation."

Since this is Heintz's second drug conviction, he faces a maximum prison sentence of 52 years and $100,000 fine.
