
John CookBLACK RIVER FALLS, Wisconsin (WXOW) - One of the suspects in a string of Jackson County burglaries is going to jail for a year.
John Cook was sentenced last week.
Cook, from Black River Falls, was charged last spring with burglarizing businesses in Hixton, Taylor and Melrose.
Losses, which included liquor and cigarettes, were in the thousands of dollars.
