LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW)—A court appearance Tuesday for two men police arrested in connection with shooting two rounds into a home at 2231 Kane Street.
It happened shortly after 2:00 a.m.
Police arrested 31-year-old Eric Loomis and 27-year-old Michael Vang.
Police said shots were fired at the home and then two men drove off.
When an officer tried to pull them over they drove away and hit a snow bank on St. James Street. Although both men ran off, they were eventually caught by police.
According to La Crosse Police, a shotgun and ammunition were found in the car.
According to La Crosse County District Attorney Tim Gruenke, a third person, 18-year-old Cody Branter, also had a role in the crime.
Gruenke said Branter provided the keys to the car used in the shooting.
All three men are in the La Crosse County Jail on $50,000 cash bonds.
The District Attorney's Office intends to file the criminal complaints on Wednesday.
