Candidates advance in council races

LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - Two candidates each for La Crosse's three City Council primaries moved on in Tuesday's elections.

In District 2, Scott Neumeister had 170 votes and Dempsey Miller III finished with 129.  They were the top two in a five way race.

District 3's April vote features Ryan Cornett (168 votes) and Nic Breidel (70 votes).

The third primary was in District 10, where Peg Jerome drew 229 votes with second place finisher Rich Becker garnering 136.
