VIROQUA, Wisconsin (WXOW) - The Vernon County Sheriff's office says it will step up seat belt and drunk driving enforcement from Monday, March 4th until Wednesday, March 20th.

A grant from Wisconsin's Department of Transportation Bureau of Transportation Safety is funding the increase.

The DOT's Zero In Wisconsin campaign is also launching a free 'drive sober' app for smart phones.

The app will include taxi services and a BAC estimator.

You can find the app on the DOT website.
