La Crosse, Wisconsin (WXOW) - The trial for Cain Moss, the man accused of hiding corpse in Red Cloud Park, was originally set to start on March 18th but has been delayed until June.
Prosecuting Attorney Jessica Skemp says the case is delayed because they have not received all of the reports from the crime lab.
Prosecutors say in August of 2011, Moss hid the body of a 41-year-old La Crosse man in Red Cloud Park to avoid charges.
An autopsy confirmed that man had died from a drug overdose.
Three others have been charged and sentenced in this case including Moss' father Robert, Christina Lorenz and Patrick Valiquette.
