BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wisconsin (WXOW) - A man is charged in Jackson County with sexually assaulting a teenaged girl, then threatening to dismember her if she told anyone.
Robert Babcock, formerly of Black River Falls, is accused of sexually assaulting the 17-year old girl last summer. She told investigators he also sent a graphic photo of himself to her phone, and asked her to do the same.
Detectives say the teen said that Babcock threatened to chop her body up into pieces if she told police about the incidents.
According to court documents, Babcock is scheduled for an initial appearance on April 16.
