LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW) - The rock band Cheap Trick is set to perform at the start of this year's Riverfest celebration.
The group is best known for their hits include "Surrender", "I Want You to Want Me", "Dream Police" and "The Flame".
Riverfest organizers released details of the show, scheduled for July 3 at 9 p.m., at the Riverfest Main Stage. The gates to the stage area will open at 5 p.m.
The El Caminos will open at 6 p.m.
Concert tickets are $20 in advance, or $30 at the gate. A Riverfest button, required for admittance, is included when buying at ticket.
Fans can get tickets at La Crosse, Onalaska, or La Crescent Kwik Trip stores or online starting April 7.
