MADISON, Wisconsin (WXOW) -- Bad news came Friday for Badger football. Wisconsin lost one of their best pass-rushers to career-ending injury.
It's nothing new that's caused linebacker David Gilbert to hang up the cleats for good. Gilbert's been missing spring practice trying to rehab his surgically repaired foot that caused him to miss most of the 2011 season.
Gilbert called it a difficult decision. He was second on the team last year with four sacks.
