LA CROSSE, Wisconsin (WXOW)-- A La Crosse woman is sentenced to 30 days in jail after being charged in connection with an armed robbery in Onalaska back in February of 2012.
On Wednesday, a judge also sentenced 33-year-old, Jennifer Rondeau-Wilbur, to serve two years probation.
According to the criminal complaint, two men slashed a the victim's car tires while she was in Wal-Mart.
Then, when of the suspects offered to help change the flats. Rondeau-Wilbur, the men, and the victim then left the store. That was when the robbery took place.
The report states Rondeau-Wilbur was a passenger in the vehicle and told the victim she could trust these men prior to leaving the store and the robbery.
The criminal complaint goes on to say that one man choked the victim, demanded money and threatened to shoot while a second man broke the car window and threatened the driver with a knife.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
