WINONA, Minnesota (WXOW) -- The 35 people arrested in Winona during a frac sand mining protest last week are due in court over the course of the next few weeks.
Police say all but one of the protesters were cited and released a week ago Monday.
One was taken to Hennepin County because of a bench warrant from an arrest at a frac sand protest last year.
The protests last Monday started on Lafayette Street in Winona and continued to CD Corporation.
