Fire Danger "High" in western Wisconsin

Posted:

JACKSON COUNTY, Wisconsin (WQOW) -  The Wisconsin DNR says the fire danger is "high", or "very high", across almost the entire state. Only three counties in far northern Wisconsin are not in that category.  The fire danger is listed as high in western Wisconsin.  And "very high" in Clark and Jackson Counties. Even with rain in the forecast Thursday (05/09), the danger is expected to jump back up later in the week.
