WESTBY, Wisconsin (WXOW)—Coulee Cap offered Organic Valley office space after a fire destroyed half of Organic Valley's headquarters in La Farge last month. Organic Valley said the space at Coulee Cap is one option they're considering, but nothing has been decided for sure yet.
Coulee Cap said its mission is people helping people and that's exactly what they're doing by opening some of space in Westby.
About half of the 33 people, from Coulee Cap's Westby office, had to move their office either with in that building or across the street.
Between two buildings in Westby, there are 8,900 square feet available and enough room for 65 Organic Valley employees.
They're even providing desks, chairs and file cabinets for Organic Valley employees.
They wanted to help because most of them know someone who works at Organic Valley.
"When the fire happened," Kadie Brueggen, Marketing Coordinator, Coulee Cap said. "It really kind of took us all by shock and surprise with in a day the executive director reached out and we don't have a lot to offer but we have space."
Coulee Cap said their services will not be affected by opening up their office to Organic Valley.
