ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Friday morning the University of Minnesota Board of Regents approved President Eric Kalor's $3.6 billion budget for the 2014 fiscal year.
The budget includes A 2-year tuition freeze for U of M students.
University Minnesota Rochester students will also be included in the tuition freeze.
The budget does not include any specific line items for the UMR campus, but will allow the school to keep moving in the direction it has been since it opened.
Earlier this year the University held its first graduation of 52 students.
