MADISON (WKOW) -- As most kids are off school and heading outside more this summer, doctors have a few tips to prevent injuries.
Dr. Kim Latwick with Advanced Pain Management in Madison says even children need to warm up and stretch before heading out to play or before any physical activity. She says simple stretches can help prevent injuries.
