La Crosse, Wisconsin (WXOW)- Area Brewers fans will head to Miller Park on June 27 for the 16th Annual La Crosse Area Day.
Organizers say the event is great way to get the community together and show Wisconsin pride by supporting the Brewers. It is the largest community event the Brewers host each year and will draw well over 1000 people.
Executive Director of La Crosse's Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Dave Clements stated, "it's a nice way for people to get to the Brewers, have a family gathering and not have to worry about transportation."
Tickets are $80 each, which includes a bus ride to Milwaukee and back, a tailgate party before the game with food and live entertainment, and of course the ticket to the game.
Onalaska Mayor Joe Chilsen will throw out the first pitch to the game.
Tickets can still be purchased by calling the Convention of Visitors Bureau in Riverside Park at 608-782-2366.
